This thing rules!

Super easy to use and took no time to set up. This is my first dedicated ice plunge and I’m thrilled with how well it keeps the water cold. Folds up nice and comes with a convenient carrying case and pump.

Positives/Negatives

Having used it now daily for wks both for ice therapy and as a hot tub I’m overall very pleased with the general design and quality of the tub. It’s structurally very sound and of good quality material. Seems like it will hold up for a long while. On the negative side I’m extremely disappointed with the cover, it’s not even close to fitting over the top of the unit, it’s almost completely useless. The logo as well as the lettering on the inlet/outlet ports have almost entirely fallen off or smeared off. The one thing I would love above all else is an insulated cover top or atleast one that fits appropriately.

Can you please send us pictures and/or videos of the logo and lettering falling off? We have not experienced this issue yet.

As for the lid not fitting, do you know what pressure you have the tub inflated to? We recommend 8psi for the lid to fit correctly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
